This project is located on the Russian border. The 2MWh (LTO)lithium titanate energy storage system is buried underground. The lithium titanate battery cell can still charge and discharge at -40℃, which is a wide temperature characteristic. Under the extremely low temperature climate conditions in Mohe, it can still stabilize the power supply and ensure the stable operation of the communication base station when it is off-grid.
